How to behave in mountains/ mountain manners

1) Do not go on mountain tours alone!
- tell always someone – where do you go, which way and when do you come back. 

2) Collect information about conditions and heftiness of your tour. 

3) Know the phone number of the nearest mountain rescue service.

5) Take good and suitable clothes and first - aid – kit/ good equipped/.

8) Go only on marked ways. Go around marking poles.

9) Keep the commands and recomandations of mountain rescue service and other rescue services!

10) . Abide by danger and info signs!

11) Learn how to call and  offer the first  aid.

12) Do not underestimate the weather in mountains!
- Beautiful weather changes quickly.

13) Do not leave marked paths, do not destroy the nature, do not disturbe animals.

14) When someone is injured in the winter, provide primarily warm for him.

15) On the downhill courses behave considerately, pay attention to beginning  skiers.

16) On the running track behave considerately  to walking tourists .

17) The beginning skier do not belong on the most difficult downhill courses.

18) If someone need your help, help him. You never know, when  you need someone´s  help .
