Alcohol in blood Any quantity of alcohol in blood within the drive is forbidden. The drivers are bound to do the breath test/ by policing/ and on the basis of the results of the test, they are bound to do the blood taking, to find out the exact amount of alcohol in their blood. It is valid even for cyclists and horsemen. Accidents The police have to be called to the place of accident. The police take down the minutes or official report about the accident, in the case that the damage to the vehicle exceed 50 000 Crowns or if somebody is injured.

Children under 10 years are allowed to ride a bike only accompanied by a person older than 15 years. A person older than 15 years is allowed to drive a child younger than 7 years , on a special seat shell. Vehicle excise duty Annual vehicle excise duty is not established, but it is obligatory to have the damage liability alternatively damage insuring. On the motorways and expressways all vehicles have to have the toll sticker(a highway sticker).
Sudded tyres and tyre chains Sudded tyres are forbidden / also for foreign motorists/ . The tyre chains may be used only in the case, that there is enough snow on the road.
Mountain pass and tunnels Mountain passes, tunnels and bridges are without transport taxes.
